Anytime throughout the year, we’d love to make special days more special.  Check out the following packages and rate discounts which can be purchased at any time in conjunction with your visit.

Birthday Special

Treat your loved one to a special birthday celebration for two.  For an additional charge of $45, we will provide a specially decorated cake, beverages, a bouquet of fresh flowers, as well as a souvenir Perry House coffee mug and personalized keepsake card.

The High Country is the perfect place to celebrate your anniversary or to begin your new life together.  At The Perry House we will make your celebration one to remember with a package that includes your choice of a cheese and cracker or dessert tray, a sparkling beverage, a fresh fruit basket, and a long stem rose.  We even include a pair of Perry House wine glasses.  The special package price is $60 in addition to your room.

Call us for details on special rates for groups or whole house rentals.  Our house is the ideal place for meetings, family reunions, small weddings or group getaway weekends. This special may not be offered during certain times of the year.
 

Beginning the 3^rd night of your stay, we will reduce your room rate by $10 per night for each consecutive night, up to 10 nights.  Call us for rates on stays longer than 10 nights.

Start the New Year with a fun-filled evening here at The Perry House.  We will arrange dinner reservations at one our many local restaurants, then ring in the New Year with fun and games and the best seat in town for viewing the fireworks on Sugar Mountain!  Plenty of snacks and beverages will be provided, as well as a toast at midnight.  To participate, an additional $20 per couple will be added to your room charges.
 

Celebrate a special escape with your sweetheart throughout the month of February.  For only $30, you and your special someone will enjoy truffles, a long stemmed rose and a beverage in your room.  We will happily make reservations at one of Banner Elk’s many fine restaurants - just let us know what cuisine you would like and we’ll take it from there.

After enjoying a delicious country breakfast, relax and watch the Town of Banner Elk’s overwhelming display of patriotism as our area’s finest march down Main Street right in front of The Perry House.  Enjoy a commanding view of the parade from our front porch or choose the special VIP seating area on our front lawn.  Then enjoy an old-fashioned cookout and picnic on our front lawn, complete with games, music and ice cold watermelon, sponsored by our own Dunn’s Deli.  All this can be included with your room stay of two nights or more for an additional $15 per couple.  Ask about special family rates!

Whether you choose to attend one of the acclaimed Summer Theater Productions or one of the many school year theatrical events, The Perry House is the place to stay.  Located across the street from the Lees-McRae Cannon Student Center and the adjacent Hayes Auditorium, we are a very short walk from the performances.  Let us make all the arrangements for you.  We will purchase your show tickets, make a dinner reservation for before or after the show, and provide a special dessert and beverage in your room upon your return.  All this for an additional $20 plus the cost of the show tickets.

For all guests booking room stays between Monday and Thursday nights during the months of October, January (beginning Jan 3^rd), February, and March, a complimentary lunch from our own Dunn’s Deli will be included at no extra charge.


If you are more into golfing, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, whitewater rafting, or spa treatments and massage, just let us know.  We’ll be happy to make all the arrangements for you since there are many such activities in the area.  After all, life’s just better in Banner Elk!
